What compelling reasons would motivate the ideal candidate to leave their current comfortable position to join your team?
5. Interview
Outline the interview process, including stages, timeline, and key stakeholders involved. Have you allocated sufficient time in your schedule? If not, block this out immediately to avoid delays.
6. Insights
We'll share our insights and experience from recruiting for similar roles, along with current candidate expectations, to help set realistic expectations for your search.
7. TOB
Before we begin any active sourcing, we require signed terms of business to be in place.
8. Copwrite
Create a bespoke job advert carefully crafted with all brief details, role expectations, and the compelling reasons why candidates should apply.
9. Market
We'll actively market your vacancy across our networks and platforms. We'll provide regular progress updates on a weekly basis, or more frequently if you.
10. CV Feedback
We recommend providing feedback on CVs within 24-48 hours maximum to maintain candidate engagement.
11. Interview
Schedule interviews ASAP. Prior to beginning the hiring process, ensure you've carved out dedicated time in your diary for conducting interviews.
12. Feedback
If it's a no, we'll inform the candidate promptly. If it's a yes, we'll move forward immediately to the next stage.
