Over the years, I’ve built strong, long-standing relationships with clients and candidates alike, which means I can often spot opportunities before they’re even on the market.
Trends in recent years show just how quickly insurance is evolving. Hybrid working, the rise of MGAs, digital transformation, the drive for data-driven decision making and the push for more diversity within an otherwise traditional market are reshaping the talent landscape. For me, that means keeping close to the market, listening to what clients need, and advising candidates on where their skills can add the most value - sometimes even beyond the traditional insurance pathways.
