My focus is on underwriting, claims, broking, and operations across the London Insurance Market, working closely with businesses ranging from Syndicates, MGAs and Brokers to Cover holders and start-ups.  Over the years, I’ve built strong, long-standing relationships with clients and candidates alike, which means I can often spot opportunities before they’re even on the market.


Trends in recent years show just how quickly insurance is evolving. Hybrid working, the rise of MGAs, digital transformation, the drive for data-driven decision making and the push for more diversity within an otherwise traditional market are reshaping the talent landscape. For me, that means keeping close to the market, listening to what clients need, and advising candidates on where their skills can add the most value - sometimes even beyond the traditional insurance pathways.

Building a comprehensive job description

We’ll kick off with a consulting session to understand not just the job description, but your culture, strategic priorities and non-negotiables. The sharper our picture of the ideal hire  such as technical skills, regulatory experience, even personality traits—the more efficiently we can target.

Matching industry talent with your requirements

Rigourously vetting the candidaes

Every prospect enters a vetting process. First, our consultants conduct a competency interview to verify sector knowledge, qualifications and regulatory compliance. 


Then we use targeted psychometric or situational exercises (if required) to gauge problem-solving, commercial awareness and culture fit.

Offering you the bet options

Within agreed timelines, we’ll send you a concise shortlist: CVs augmented by our insights on each candidate’s strengths, potential red flags and expected notice period. 


We’ll also advise on current market salaries and package expectations to keep negotiations smooth.

Our work doesn’t stop once the offer’s signed. We schedule touchpoints at one month and three months to ensure both parties are happy, and we’ll course-correct quickly if any unforeseen issues arise.
